Blowout or Braid:
Please arrive with “Wet Hair, In The Chair,” meaning your hair should be washed 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment, ensuring it’s damp but not soaking wet.
For updos, dry hair is preferred. We recommend washing it the day before your appointment for optimal results.
Makeup:
Ensure your face is makeup-free, cleansed, and moisturized before our artists’ arrival.
Manicures and Pedicures:
Please ensure your nails are free of any gel or other nail treatments.
Allergies and Concerns:
Our beauty professionals carry products and tools but please inform them of any allergies or specific concerns.
Pet Safety:
While we love your pets, some of our beauty professionals may have allergies or fears. For their safety, please crate animals before our arrival.
Preparation Space:
